FULTON, NY – Cameron M. Phillips, 58, of Fulton, passed away on Friday November 13, 2015, at Pontiac Nursing Home in Oswego.

He had worked for janitorial services before becoming disabled.
Cam served in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1983-1991 and was a former member of the Gaucho’s Drum & Bugle Corps in Fulton.
He was a musician with a great knowledge of music history and he enjoyed writing poetry.
Surviving are his parents, Rolland and Barbara Pitcher Phillips of Florida; siblings, Randall (Gale) Phillips of North Carolina, Lynne (Greg) Steffens of Florida, Lori Sands of Florida and Paul (Kerrie) Phillips of Fulton; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours will be held noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, with services at 1 p.m.
Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Fulton.
