FULTON – Carlton Spaulding, 80, of Fulton, passed away on February 1, 2020 at home.
A graveside service will be held 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Fairview (Bundyville) Cemetery, Volney. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of arrangements.
