FULTON, NY – Charles H. Woodworth IV, 23, of Oswego, passed away Saturday May 24, 2014, after a year-long battle with cancer.
Born in New Jersey, he had lived in Oswego for most of his life.
He was a 2009 graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School, Fulton and a 2011 graduate of Mohawk Valley Community College, earning a certificate in Airframe and Power Plant Mechanics.
Chucky enjoyed fishing and NASCAR.
He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his parents, Charles H. and Christine Woodworth III; a sister, Sarah; maternal grandparents, Sandra (Richard) Frankevich of Pulaski and Winfield (Marilyn) Drennon of Florida; paternal grandparents, Charles H. and Donna Woodworth Jr. of Oswego; aunts and uncles, Cynthia (Chuck) Tayburn, Brian (Jacqueline) Drennon, Doug (Barb) Drennon, Cindy (Bill) Woodworth, Brenda (Mark) Lyons and Kathy Woodworth; great-aunts and great-uncles, Faye Grishka, Alice Woodworth and Jim (Dale) Painter; his buddy, Casper the cat; and several loved cousins.
A service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton.
Burial will be at Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Contributions in memory of Charles may be made to Upstate Cancer Center, 750 E. Adams St., Syracuse, 13210.
