FULTON, NY – Cynthia M. Neivel, 60, a lifelong resident of Palermo, NY, passed away Sunday August 21, 2016, after a long battle with Huntington’s Disease.

Cindy was known for her strong faith and love for Jesus.

Cynthia was a loving wife to her husband of 41 years, William Neivel; devoted mother to her children, Amber Neivel and Leaha (Corey) Smith and a beloved grandmother to four grandchildren, Lexy, Dylan, Lily and Cylus.

Cindy was predeceased by her parents, Burton and Lucille Colling; and her brother, David Colling.

In addition to her husband, children and grandchildren, she is survived by a brother, Burton (Connie) Colling Jr.; sister, Patricia Ryan; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7, with a service to immediately follow at 7 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
