HANNIBAL, NY – Deborah A. Hughes, 60, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at Morningstar Care Center in Oswego.

She was the daughter of the late Gary and Bettye Hughes of Hannibal, NY.

Deborah worked for Oswego Industries and enjoyed retirement with the ARC Senior Program.

In her free time, she enjoyed taking family vacations in the Adirondacks, bowling, doing jigsaw puzzles and playing bingo.

Debbie will be greatly missed by her sisters, Brenda (Dale) Bombard and Pamela (Anthony) Murabito.

Calling hours will be held 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 31, at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal.

Burial will be in Phoenix Rural Cemetery.

The sisters would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Morningstar Care Center for the time that she resided with them.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ARC of Oswego County or Morningstar Care Center Activities Fund.
