FULTON, NY – Debra McDougall, 58, of Fulton, passed away Sunday February 3, 2013, after courageously battling renal cancer.
Left behind to mourn her passing and celebrate her life are her husband of 40 years, Harry “Beave;” children, Harry (Amy) and Ryan (Denise); and grandchildren, Steven, Noelle, Logan and Zackary.

She is also survived by her mother, Jean Pontante; siblings, Susan (Pontante) Cook, Norman Noel, Tina Noel, John Noel (Karen); nephew, Joshua Cook; and a large loving extended family.
Awaiting her arrival in Heaven was her beloved brother, Harrison Noel Jr., who predeceased her.
Deb graduated from G. Ray Bodley High School and lived most of her life in Fulton.
She invested her heart and soul into Oswego Industries, where “Doogie” held various positions for more than 20 years.
She enjoyed camping, gardening, bowling and crafts.
Her greatest love, however, was being a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Deb touched so many lives, as she treated friends like family and her family as treasure.
Calling hours will be 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, with services at 11 a.m. Friday at Oswego Alliance Church, 371 Thompson Road in Oswego.
