FULTON, NY – Ernest L. Clark, 66, of Oswego, passed away on Friday June 9, 2017, at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.

He was born on April 14, 1951, in Fulton, a son to the late Carl and Aldena Thomas Clark.
Buck ran his bait shop, Ernie’s Bait Shop, in Fulton and then worked for Northern Construction as a truck driver.
He enjoyed the outdoors and fishing.
Buck was predeceased by his half-brother, George Simmons; and step-sister, Mary Ellis.
He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his four children, Malinda (Charles Harrison) Clark of Oswego, Ernie Clark Jr., Jenny Clark and Vicki Clark all of Pennsylvania; several grandchildren; one sister, Shirley (Adrian) Vinch of Volney; two brothers, William Clark of Volney and Carl Clark Jr. of Fulton; one step-sister, Deanna Thomas of Hammond; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, June 14, from noon to 2 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
