Floyd W. DeMott, 93

FULTON, NY – Floyd W. DeMott, 93, of Fulton, passed away Tuesday October 6, 2015, at Morningstar Care Center, Oswego.

A native of Fulton, he was a life resident.

He retired from Black Clawson in 1987, where he worked for 38 years.

Mr. DeMott was a member of the Fulton Elks, Fulton Moose Lodge and the Volney Senior Citizens.

He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Floyd was predeceased by his wife, Charlotte M.; and a son, Ron.

Surviving are his children, Michael, Sandra, Terry, Gary and Kevin; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Friday, at Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.

Calling hours will be held 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
