FULTON, NY – Frank J. Metcalf, 35, of Fulton, passed away on Sunday February 12, 2017, at Oswego Hospital.
He was born on July 5, 1981, in Oswego, a son to Walter and Susan Seeger Metcalf.
He was predeceased by his father, Walter Metcalf, in 1987.
He is survived by his twins, Callen J. and Vera L.; mother, Susan D. Metcalf of Fulton; three siblings, Walter (Nicole) Metcalf of Fulton, Sherrie (Ian) Paddock of Phoenix and Amanda (Cameron Mills) Metcalf of Fulton; mother of his children, Tracy Henry of Fulton; two nephews, Walter Metcalf and Chaos Mills; two nieces, Victoria VanSlyke and Olivia Metcalf; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, February 20, from noon to 2 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Burial will be in Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
