Harold D. ‘Smitty’ Smith, 76

HANNIBAL, NY – Harold D. “Smitty” Smith, 76, of Granby, passed away on Monday June 12, 2017, at Oswego Hospital after a long illness.

He was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Florence Smith; five brothers; and one sister.

Harold is survived by his wife of 51 years, Phyllis; children, Annemarie (James) Bice, Brenda (Harold) Brush, Paula (Pat) Mahar, Perry (Connie) Smith, Robin (Richard) Draper, Harold Smith and Samuel Smith; 22 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters; several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 15, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal.

Burial to follow in Merritt Cemetery, Merritt Road, Granby.
