FULTON, NY – Harold J. Pelo, 75, of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at Oswego Hospital.
Calling hours will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. on Monday, March 5, at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Graveside services will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Volney, in the spring.
