HANNIBAL, NY – Irene A. Taylor, 75, of Hannibal, passed away on Monday March 20, 2017, after a brief illness at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse, surrounded by her loving family.
She enjoyed playing bingo, but above all was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Robert, Glen and Jean.
Irene will be greatly missed by her husband of 57 years, George Sr.; children, Peggy Sue (Willy) Pickard and George Jr.; nephew, Aaron Dausman; granddaughters, Bobbie Sue and Jenny Lee Pickard and Christine Marie Mahar; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Edward (Cathy) Dausman and close family friend, Mike Hrib.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, March 26, from 2 to 4 p.m., with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal.
