James C. MacDougall, 63, of Syracuse, formerly of Fulton, died May 20, 2011. A calling hour will be held 3 to 4 p.m. Friday (today) at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Graveside services will be at a later date at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, County Route 45, Volney.
