FULTON, NY – James R. Bartlett, 50, of Oswego, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2016, at Oswego Hospital.
He was born on May 6, 1966, in Oswego, a son to the late Robert Jenks and Margaret Bartlett.
Jamie was a very outgoing person and was up for anything.
He was well-known for being called “Santa Claus.”
He is survived by his companion, Annette Hall; two daughters, Carrie Jacobs and Cherie Taylor; two step-children, Lance Hall and Elaine Hall; three grandchildren, Ameila, Spencer and Daniel; six siblings, June (Bruce) Weldin, Roberta (Donald) Reed, Robert (Kimberly) Jenks Jr., Waneda Jenks, David (Bonnie) Bartlett and Pearl (Theodore) Lafave; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 6, from 10 a.m. to noon at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
A funeral service will follow at noon.
Burial will be in Fairdale Rural Cemetery.
