Joan W. King, 81

Joan W. King, 81, of Oswego, passed away Tuesday at Oswego Hospital.

Born in Chicago, she was a long time resident of Oswego. Joan had previously worked at Oswego Hospital as a registered nurse.

She was predeceased by her husband, Harry T. King who passed away in 1992 and by two sisters, Karen and Janet.

Surviving: children, Barbara (Pete Sochocki) Rock of Dewitt, David (Judith) King of Oswego, Linda (Doug Murray) Cole of Fulton, Jeff (Cindy Reed) King of Oswego; seven grandchildren, Russell, Brian, Allison, Stephanie, Leandra, Gregory andStephen; three great-grandchildren, Kolin, Logan and Emma; Several nieces and nephews.

There are no calling hours. Services are private. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Oswego. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Arthritis Foundation, P.O. Box 126, Fayetteville, NY 13066.
