John G. Santora, Sr., 88, of Fulton, died Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at home following a long illness. He retired after 40 years with Sealright Company in Fulton. John served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He enjoyed gardening and fishing.
John was predeceased by his wife, Eleanor Santora in 2002 and by his son, M/Sgt. John G. Santora, Jr. in 1984.
Surviving are his daughter, Mary (Paul) Clarke of Fulton; grandchildren, Melissa Clarke of UT, Paul (Anna) Clarke, Jr. of Fulton, Cicily Santora of FL and John (Lynsey) Santora of GA; great-grandchildren, Landon and Jancee Hansen, Cameron, Caleb, Corinne and Cassandra Clarke and Hayden John Santora; several nieces and nephews.
Respecting John’s wishes there will be no calling hours. Graveside services will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton in the spring.
