FULTON, NY – Joyce A. Brown, 72, of Cato, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on March 10, 1946, in Rochester, a daughter to the late Oscar and Eleanor Page Garrett.
Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Frank Brown Sr. in 1979; and step-son, Joey Slacker.
She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her three sons, Jerry (Denise) Brown of Fulton, Frank Brown Jr. of Tennessee and Jim (Tammie) Brown of Cato; nine grandchildren, Greg, Troy, Brian, Nicole, Jerry Jr., Alicia (Tyler), Joe, Erica (Doug) and Courtney; many great-grandchildren; one brother, Gary “Butch” Garrett; one sister, Barb Willie; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 16, at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, where a service will immediately follow at 7 p.m.
Graveside services will be in the spring at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
