FULTON, NY – Joyce A. Richmond, 65, of Fulton, was called to eternal bliss on Monday, May 21, 2018, where she unites with family and friends she has not seen for years.
She is in a glorious place, where tears are no more.
From there, Joyce can still watch her husband, Jim; son, Eric (Sara); “more like a father,” Uncle Kelly; brother, Earl; as well as countless aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, shirt-tail relations, friends and many pets.
Calling hours will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, May 25, at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
A celebration of her time on earth will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Jefferson Niles officiating.
Burial will be in Mount Adnah Cemetery.
