HANNIBAL, NY – A memorial service for Marjorie A. Carter, 82, of Hannibal, who passed away on Monday February 10, 2014, will be 11 a.m. April 28 at Hannibal United Methodist Church, 320 Church St., Hannibal.

Burial to follow at Hannibal Village Cemetery.

Foster Funeral Home, Hannibal, has care of arrangements.
