FULTON – Graveside services with Masonic rites for Melvin Sitts, 78 of Phoenix, NY, who died December 19, 2017, will be held 11:30 a.m., Friday, June 29, 2018, at Phoenix Rural Cemetery, Chestnut Street in Phoenix.
