FULTON – December 16, 2024, Michelle Mills, 63, of Fulton, NY, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024, at a group home in Rome, NY after a long illness. Born in Fulton, to the late Joseph and Lottie (Reitzel) Mills and attended G. Ray Bodley High School. Michelle loved to watch wrestling and was a fan of The Rock. She enjoyed shopping and despite her German heritage, always loved celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. Michelle was very kindhearted with a love for children and animals. She was also a collector of socks and frogs. Michelle was predeceased by her sisters; Rose Elka, Ramona, and Rosewitha.
Surviving are her two sisters, Diane (Martin) Allen, and Audrey (Charles) Avery; her special niece, Kristian; several nieces and nephews.
A calling hour will be from 11 am – 12 pm on Monday, December 23rd at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY 13069 with burial to follow at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
