Norman A. Noel, 80, of Fulton, NY, passed away peacefully in Florida on Saturday, December 29, 2018.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019, at First United Methodist Church, 1408 State Route 176, Fulton.
Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, South Seventh Street, Fulton.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to ALS Association, P.O. Box 37022, Boone, IA 50037.
