FULTON, NY – Norman E. Munroe, 34, formerly of Fulton, passed away Wednesday August 20, 2014, in San Francisco, California.
A native of the Fulton area, Norm was a graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School, Fulton, and Cornell University, where he was a proud member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and had many close brothers.
Norm was living in San Francisco and was a global manager for Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
He had previously lived and worked in the San Diego area for about 10 years.
His kind, gentle soul gifted him a tight knit family of friends in both locations where he was loved by many.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Fulton for many years.
Norm will be greatly missed and forever loved by his parents, Anita and Thomas Munroe-Church; step-brother, Aaron Church; step-sister, Kelli (Tony) DeLeon; grandparents, Norma and Norman Noel; aunts, Melissa Haas and Connie Munroe; uncles, Brett (Tracey) Noel and Thomas Munroe; cousins, Michael and Ricky Walker, Rebecca Haas, Gene Jones, Corissa Chavaz, Morgan Shibel, Nicole Hicks, Gabriella Munroe and Bryce Noel.
Calling hours will be 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Funeral services will be private.
