FULTON – Patricia A. Higgins, 84, of Fulton, New York, passed at St. Luke’s nursing home on Saturday, December 12, 2020.
A spring burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 28 at Fairdale Rural Cemetery. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
