FULTON, NY – Patricia A. Phillips, 75, of Fulton, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at home after a long illness.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Phillips Sr.; daughter, Debbie (Bruce) Stanton; son, John Thomas; grandson, Jason Creswell; as well as several step-children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
No services will be held at this time.
