FULTON, NY – Patricia M. “Petunia” Phelps, 57, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday September 8, 2016.
Patti enjoyed crocheting and being outdoors gardening, but above all she loved being a mother and grandmother.
She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Jr.; and her parents, John and Florence.
Patricia will be greatly missed by her children, Trisha, Angel, Richard III and Devin Kellar; grandchildren, Ayden, Myleah, Avante, Trevin and Kayden Kellar; several brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles.
Calling hours will be held Friday, September 16, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
