FULTON, NY – Patrick M. Smith, 52, of Fulton, died Sunday, December 30, 2012, at University Hospital in Syracuse.

He is survived by two brothers, Ted Jardin of Florida and Ron Smith of California; a sister, Missy Goodsell of Mexico; three sons, Michael Smith of Fulton, Austin and Alex Smith both of Georgia; an aunt, Sandra DeMott of Fulton.

There are no calling hours or funeral services.
