Rebecca “Becky” A. Abbott

FULTON – May 7, 2026, Rebecca “Becky” A. Abbott, 53, of Hannibal passed away after a brief battle with cancer on May 7, 2026.  Born in Auburn to Emily and the late Ernest “Ernie” Hyde, she was a graduate of Auburn High School.  Becky enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting and was well known for singing karaoke.

In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her brothers, Mark Hyde and Robert “Bobby” Ransier, and brother-in-law, Zach Abbott.

Becky will be greatly missed and forever loved by her husband, Thomas “Tommy” Abbott, Jr; sons, Johnthan (Elizabeth) Burchim and Corey (Kate) Abbott; grandson, Jaxson Abbott; mother, Emily Hyde and several siblings.

Calling hours are Friday, May 15, 2026 from 3:00pm-5:00pm at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Fulton, NY 13069.
