FULTON, NY – Richard D. Fox, 82, of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse.
He was born on July 11, 1935, in Harrisburg, Pa., a son to the late George and Florence Royce Fox.
Richard was predeceased by his son, Richard Fox Jr. and several siblings.
He is survived by his loving wife, Donna; four sons, Thomas, James, Kenneth and Jeffrey Fox all of Pennsylvania; three sisters; and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, at Lamson Road Community Church, 2259 Lamson Road, Phoenix.
