FULTON, NY – Susan Royal, 69, of Pennellville, lost her long, courageous fight with lung cancer surrounded by her family on Wednesday July 10, 2013, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse.
Her strength and determination to live were an influence to many.
She will be missed by all who knew her.
Susan was a loving mother and a giving person.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Wayne Royal of Pennellville; three children, Duane (Sandy) Royal of Pennellville, Gail (John) Radley of Pennellville and Holly (Rick) Pearson of Lacona; three brothers, Raymond (Loretta) Jiguere of Plattsburgh, Kenneth (Kathy) Jiguere of Cadyville and Sonny Jiguere of Plattsburgh; two sisters, Judy Jiguere of Beekmantown and Jane Delaney of Dannemora; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, with services to follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
