FULTON, NY – Theresa E. Conn, 76, of Oswego passed away on Thursday February 28, 2013, at Oswego Hospital after a lengthy illness.

She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Conn, who passed away in 1984.

Theresa is survived by her daughters, Sally (Daniel) DeStevens, Sandy (Keith Kane) Parkhurst and Pam (Edward) Yates; sister, Shirley (Gill) Collins; companion, Bill Gannon; 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services were private.

Foster Funeral Home in Fulton had care of arrangements.
