FULTON, NY – William Alfred Orr, 50, of Fulton, died Friday July 31, 2015, at home.
Bill, as he was known, was born May 12, 1965, to William and Mary Villeneuve Orr.
A life resident of Fulton, Bill was employed by Giovanni Foods in Syracuse and had previously worked at Birdseye and K&N Foods.
He was a devoted father to his three children, who he loved very much.
Bill is survived by his parents; his son, William D. Orr and his mother, Angela (Tom) Schimpff; daughters, Kara Orr (Josh Collins) and her mother, Karen Orr, and Emma Orr and her mother, Kara Reed; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary Beth and Patrick Smith, Amy and Michael Ambuske and Margaret and Robert West; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Stephen’s Church, 469 Main St., Phoenix.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Bill may be made to Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital, 1 Children’s Circle, Syracuse, NY 13210.
