FULTON, NY – William C. Hawkins Jr., 64, of Fulton, passed away on Monday June 10, 2019, at home.
He was born on October 25, 1954, in Hartford, Conn., a son to the late William and Ruby Stump Hawkins.
William is survived by many friends and caretakers.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 24, at Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
