FULTON – Alfred R. Horn, 67, of Fulton, NY, passed away on October 1, 2025. Born on June 28, 1958, to the late Benjamin Horn Sr. and Theodora Horn of Cato, NY, Alfred was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend to many.
He is survived by his siblings: Robert (Celia) Horn of Baldwinsville, NY; Benjamin Horn Jr. (Darlene) Horn of Palermo, NY; and Linda (Donald) Best of Cato, NY. He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who cherished his presence in their lives.
Alfred shared a long and loving relationship with Dolores Sweet, who preceded him in death. Their bond was deep and enduring, and Alfred continued to care for and support her adult children, Crystal Jenner, Timmy Sweet, and Dakota Sweet with unwavering devotion. To Crystal he was more than a friend, he was a father figure, offering love, guidance, and strength. His warmth and humor created cherished memories that will live on.
Alfred dedicated many years to working at the B’ville Diner and in maintenance, where his hard work and friendly spirit left a lasting impression. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, spending time with family and friends, sharing stories, and offering support with quiet strength.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of kindness, loyalty, and love will continue to echo in the hearts of those he touched.
