Danielle M. Palmer

OSWEGO – Danielle M. Palmer, 41, of Oswego, passed away peacefully at Upstate Hospital on September 7th, 2024, following an illness.

Born in Oswego on December 17th, 1982, she was the daughter of Randy (Kristina Barnes) Palmer and Laurie Palmer.

Ms. Palmer worked as a CNA at several different healthcare facilities and adult group housing for OCO.

She was a Beatles and Grateful Dead Fan, enjoyed arts and crafts, being with her friends and family, and singing Karaoke, especially “Strawberry Wine” by Deana Carter.

She is survived by her children Felicity Couch, Breanna Palmer, Carter, Gavin and Gabriel Galetta, Jace and Hendrix Depaolo, her grandson Malakai Miller, siblings Aaron Palmer, Ryan Palmer, and Nicole Palmer, her grandmother Nat Palmer, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved nieces and nephews.

Danielle was predeceased by a niece, Samantha Palmer, grandfathers Robert Palmer and Robert Purtell, and her grandmother Ann Purtell.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the nursing staff on floors 9E and 5B at Upstate as well as her team of doctors.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
