OSWEGO, NY – Theodore G. Hatter, 91, of Oswego, died July 22, 2023. Born in Erie, PA, he was the son of the late Donald and Mildred (Mullen) Hatter.
He was an Airforce veteran having served from 1952-54 during the Korean Conflict. Ted worked for New York Telephone for over 30 years, retiring in 1992.
He is survived by his daughter Lisa H. Foultz. Funeral services will be held privately.
Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
