Bernice E. Adams, 79

OSWEGO, NY – Bernice E. Adams, 79, a resident of Oswego, died Friday April 17, 2015, at the Seneca Hill Manor.

Born in Baltimore, Md., she was the daughter of the late James and Jewel (Cox) Donaldson.

She worked as a nurse’s aide for Middleville Nursing Home.

Surviving are a daughter, Cheryl Yarchuk of Oswego; a son, Jeffrey Donaldson; a brother, LeRoy Donaldson; a sister, Joyce Rayboen; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Friday at the Holly Hill Memorial Gardens in Baltimore, Md.

Nelson Funeral home has care of arrangements.
