Beverly J. Johnson, 70, a resident of Co Rt. 7, Oswego, passed away May 21, 2011 at the Oswego Hospital.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and June (Lybolt) Germain.
Her passions were her family the love of all children, quilting, crocheting and knitting.
Surviving are her husband Wesley “Wayne” Johnson, a daughter, Kim (John) Giallonardo of Pittsburgh, PA; four sons, Wayne Johnson of Oswego Center; Kenneth (Sedigheh) Johnson of Oswego; John Johnson (Carrie Collette) of Oswego Center; Rodney Johnson (Terry Frey) of Hastings; a brother, Bob (Barbara) Germain of Oswego; Eight grandchildren, Nicole Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Kevin Giallonardo, Courtney Johnson, Amber Johnson, Ryan Giallonardo, Rebekka Johnson, Lydia Hinkle; her in-laws, Wesley and Ethel Johnson; a daughter in law, Marissa Johnson; several nieces and nephews and her loving dog Foxy.
She was predeceased by a brother, Kenneth Germain.
Funeral Services will be held 10a.m. Thursday at the Oswego Center United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Oswego Town Rural Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held 4-7p.m. Wednesday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego.
