David J. “Agarn†Crisafulli, 51, a resident of 3989 Co. Rt. 4, Scriba, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2010 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Oswego, he was the son of the late John J. “Fuddy†and Margaret (Greene) Crisafulli of Oswego.
He received a bachelor’s degree in professional studies from Oswego State and his MBA from Syracuse University.
David was an Employee Concerns Manager with Constellation Energy at Nine Mile and a supervisory committee member at Oswego County Federal Credit Union.
He built his own home and enjoyed, woodworking, deer hunting and published his own autobiography titled “Good Enoughâ€. David was an avid New York Yankees, Dallas Cowboys Fan and Seinfeld enthusiast. He was a professional scout for Paramount Major League Baseball and was inducted into the Oswego State Baseball Hall of Fame.
Dave loved to golf and published an annual newsletter titled “Glory Days of Golfâ€; he also raced twice in the Tour De Loop bike race.
Surviving besides his mother are two sons, Daniel and Austin Crisafulli and their mother, Tonya Crisafulli all of Oswego; one brother, Daniel (Laureen) Crisafulli of Aqoura Hills, California; one sister, Colette (Rick) Robinson of Schnectady, NY; two nieces, Marissa and Marlena Crisafulli and a nephew, John Maguire; and girlfriend of many years, Julie Cox.
Funeral Services will be held 10a.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Church, Oswego.
Entombment will be in All Saints Mausoleum, St. Peters Cemetery, Oswego.
Calling hours will be held 3-7p.m. Sunday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.
