Franklin J. Hayes, 76

OSWEGO, NY – Franklin J. Hayes, 76, a resident of Syracuse, passed away Sunday March 15, 2015, at the Pontiac Care and Rehab Center in Oswego.

Born in Schenectady, NY, he was the son of the late Ernest and Mary Hayes.

He was employed at the Nettleton Shoe Maker in Syracuse.

Surviving is his sister, Helen Hayes of Cortland, NY.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Burial will be held in the Loomis Hill Cemetery, Syracuse.

Nelson Funeral Home, Oswego, has care of arrangements.
