George W. (Wally) Emlaw, 82, passed away in Bushnell, FL on January 16, 2011.
Retired from Carrier Corp.; 50 year member Callimachus Masonic Lodge # 369, Phoenix, NY; VFW Post 5540, Phoenix. Pre-deceased by his first wife, Mary, and son James.
Surviving are his wife of 29 years, Beatrice; son, Greg of Phoenix; daughters, Kathy Sue Kimball of Phoenix, Pam Guyder of Liverpool, Isadora VanDerhoff of NM, Vicky Murphy; a sister, Dale Sedner; several grand and great-grandchildren.
Services are Saturday May 21, 2011 at 11:30 am in Phoenix Rural Cemetery, 126 Chestnut St., with a Masonic ceremony and military rites per formed with the Honor Squad from the VFW Post 5540. A celebration to follow at the VFW Post, at 70 Culvert St., Phoenix, NY 13135. Final arrangements by Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home.
