Larry E. McEwen, 62, formerly of Fulton, NY, died peacefully in his home March 17, 2011 in Hudson, Florida.
Larry was born in Volney, NY and was the son of the late Ernest and Grace (Parsons) McEwen.
He is survived by his wife Cynthia (Lines) McEwen, stepson Frank Serrano, and his shih tzu dog Butch, all of Hudson, FL, his son James E. McEwen, daughter Corrina Pauldine, two grandchildren Kensey Jones and Alixander Pauldine, all of Oswego, and his sister Sandy Caswell of Lake Wales, FL and brother Steve McEwen of Port Salerno, FL. He was predeceased by his brother Stan McEwen.
Larry worked at Nestle in Fulton from 1968 until he retired in 2003. He was an avid hunter , excellent artist and he enjoyed watching sports. He married Cynthia on Oct. 4, 1997 and shortly after his 2003 retirement they relocated to Florida where he enjoyed the warm climate and being retired.
