OSWEGO, NY – Margaret T. Carl, 93, of Oswego, passed away Thursday March 20, 2014, at St. Luke Health Services, Inc.
She was born in Oswego and was the daughter of the late Miller Delos and Anna J. Corbally Carl.
Miss Carl had been employed with the Town of Nyack in several administrative positions for many years.
She grew up on West Seneca Street in Oswego and returned to Oswego following her retirement.
She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church.
Miss Carl is survived by one brother, James M. (Susan) Carl of Florida; one sister, Grace Haessig of Schenectady; and several nieces and nephews, including nephew Brian (Christine) Haessig and niece Patricia Haessig both of Oswego.
She was predeceased by four sisters, Anita A. Riley, Mary E. Ingersoll, Jean P. Carl and Geraldine A Carl; two brothers Paul L. Carl and Francis P. Carl.
Funeral services will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. from the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church.
Burial will be in St. Paul’s Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held Sunday from 4-6 p.m.
