Meng Halstead, 68, of Phoenix, NY, passed away on Thursday January 20, 2011.
Born in the Kalasin Province of Thailand, to her late parents Khen and Jorn Wichaiwong. Meng was a custodian for Crouse Hinds Co., Syracuse, and earlier at Miller Brewing Co., Fulton.
Surviving are her loving husband of 36 years, Donald J. Halstead; his family members; as well as relatives in her native land.
Services were on Sunday January 23, at the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, Phoenix.
