OSWEGO, NY – Michael A. Mandurano, 55, a resident of Oswego, passed away Wednesday April 23, 2014.
Born in Waukegan, Ill., he was the son of the late John J. and Constance (Chetney) Mandurano.
Mike worked as a meter technician for National Grid for 34 years.
He enjoyed reading westerns, his two dogs and spending time outdoors.
Surviving are his wife, Jolene (Izyk) Mandurano; one daughter, Nicole Mandurano and fiancé, Justin Galletta of Oswego; two sons, Justin (Amanda Burch) Mandurano and Sean Mandurano both of Oswego; grandson, Landon Galletta; two brothers, John “Donnie” Mandurano and Mitchell Mandurano, both of Oswego; sisters, Mona Coutre of Oak Park, Ill. and Deonn Clancy of Oswego; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Jay Harman.
Calling hours will be held April 28 from 4-7 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, Oswego, with a service to follow.
Burial will be in St. Paul’s Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Oswego County Humane Society, 265 W. First St., Oswego, NY 13126 or the Salvation Army, 73 W. Second St., Oswego, NY 13126.
