OSWEGO, NY – Mylaiya I. Perez, infant, of Fulton, born March 31, 2014, passed away Friday June 27, 2014, at Oswego Hospital.
She was the daughter of Alexander Crandall and Alexis Perez.
She is survived by a brother, Xaviar Perez; maternal grandparents Karoleigh and Miguel Perez; paternal grandparents, Regina and Marc Crandall; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours will be held 10 – 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Nelson Funeral Home with a service to follow.
Burial will be held in Oswego Town Rural Cemetery, following the services.
