Patricia R. Monroe, 64

OSWEGO, NY – Patricia R. Monroe, 64, of Oswego, passed away Sunday December 27, 2015, at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy (Perry) Demm.
She previously worked at Metropolitan Water board in Oswego.
She enjoyed collecting dolls and antiques.
Surviving are two sons, James Monroe of Charlotte, NC, and Cory Monroe of Hastings, NY; a sister, Judith Tonkin of Charlotte, NC; her companion, Ron Forehand, town of Oswego; three grandchildren, Emma, Grace and Jack Monroe; a niece, Christine Tonkin.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Monroe (1996).
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Minetto.
Spring burial will be held in the Oswego Town Rural Cemetery.
