OSWEGO, NY – Raymond B. Denny, 75, of Oswego, died Wednesday July 13, 2016, at the VA Hospital in Syracuse.
Born in Oswego, he was the son of the late Raymond B. and Retha L. (Gulliver) Denny.
He served in the Army during the Korean War and later worked for Union #175 as a boilermaker.
Raymond enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his three sons, Ray Denny of Fulton, Brent (Tracie) Denny of Fulton and Shane (fiancée Lisa) Denny of Fulton; two brothers, Michael Denny of Winchester, Tenn., and Mark (September) Denny of Oswego; his two sisters, Wendy Smith of Mexico, NY, and Peggy Feeney of Oswego; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Monday, July 18, 5-7 p.m. at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.
