FULTON, NY – Alberta M. Ambuske, 92, of Fulton passed away peacefully at St. Luke Health Services, Oswego, on Saturday March 16, 2019.

She was born in Oswego, NY, to the late Albert and Dorothy (Quigley) Weske.
Mrs. Ambuske had remained a lifetime resident of Fulton.
Mrs. Ambuske enjoyed Bingo, visiting the casino, crocheting and reading.
Her passion was her family, especially her grandchildren and practicing her faith.
She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, James Ambuske Sr., in 2013; and siblings: George and Fred Weske, Betty Phillips and Ann LeClair; and son-in-law, Bernie Scout.
Mrs. Ambuske is survived by her six children: Regina Scout of Fulton, James (Joyce) Ambuske Jr., of Baldwinsville, Helen (Mike) Speck of Fulton, Colleen Ambuske of Fulton, Michael (Amy) Ambuske of Fulton and Karen (Bill) Fisher of Fulton; six grandchildren: Amanda (Randy) Lyttle, Brian Ambuske, Priscilla Ambuske, Josh (Ashlee) Speck, Max (Alanah) Ambuske and Megan (Cody) Ambuske; one great-grandchild, Ella Speck; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in Holy Trinity Church, Fulton, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Joseph Scardella.
Burial will be held in the spring at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
There will be no calling hours.
The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton, has care of the arrangements.
