OSWEGO, NY – Amy M. Burt, 26, died Wednesday August 6, 2014, in Oswego.

She was born in Lancaster, NH, and she had been a resident of Oswego for five years.

Amy enjoyed being a mom to her three children, Paiytynn, Jaice and Gavan Thomas all of Oswego.

She is also survived by her boyfriend of five years, Shane Thomas of Oswego; mother, Lisa Cook of Oswego; father, Burton Burt of Kentucky; three siblings:  James Hollenbeck of Vermont, Kristian Burt of Fulton and Kerri-Ann Johnson of Oswego; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be no funeral services.

Burial will be held privately.

Calling hours will be conducted Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Sugar and Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego, NY 13126.
